14 Day Money Back Guarantee
Purchasing goods over the Internet can be
difficult so, if the goods do not meet with your complete satisfaction we offer
a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. The 14 days start from the day of
receipt. To claim a refund we require the request in writing by email and the
goods should be returned in the same condition you received them. They should
be unused and in the packaging in which they were sent. Failure to return the
goods as described above will invalidate the guarantee. If the goods have
clearly been used you will be notified and we will require a further payment to
cover the postage costs in returning the goods to you. If the product is not
re-packaged correctly we will deduct a 10% repacking/restocking charge. Return
postage is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Refunds
will be credited back within 30 days of the return of the goods.
If the goods are faulty and are rejected in
writing by email within 7 days of receipt of goods, a full refund plus voucher
to cover return postage can be claimed.
Please remember to obtain proof of posting,
lost or mislaid returned goods cannot be refunded.

Security
The Racket Shops website takes precautions
to protect users' information. When you place an order by credit card, we use a
secure server. Any card data you give is encrypted using a 'Secure Socket
Layer' (SSL) session. SSL is an industry standard and is one of the best ways
to ensure Internet messages are not intercepted. This service encrypts all
personal information entered to prevent anyone but the intended recipient from
viewing or manipulating your information.
Our credit card processing agent is Protx VSP who provide the following
security measures to maintain very high levels of internet and physical
security to ensure sensitive information is never compromised:
Credit/debit card details are secured
within 128-bit encrypted sessions
Sensitive information is stored on a
heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved
firewalls
Additional security measures include a
security key that is used to produce an MD5 hash value. Hash values are often
used as digital signatures as they cannot be reversed to obtain the original
information. They allow the receiver to validate that the information received
is identical to that sent.
Protx VSP is designed so the vendor doesn't
have to hold sensitive information on their site, should anyone gain
unauthorised access to their database the information they obtain will not
allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information. The
possibility of obtaining sensitive information from the Protx VSP database is
minimised due to high levels of encryption; firewall security and the measures
taken to ensure the information is indecipherable.
